Shital Darak Mandhana, a Fellow Company Secretary from ICSI, Valuer from ICSI RVO registered with IBBI, Certified Fraud Examiner from ACFE and Bachelor of Commerce and Law Graduate from Mumbai University. She owns and leads ‘ProCS Legal’, offering years of rich experience in Secretarial and Legal (including Due Diligence and Corporate Governance), Mergers and Acquisitions (M & A) and Risk Management, Corporate Laws, Securities and Financial Assets Valuation and Listing requirements.
Shital Darak Mandhana is a proven entrepreneur with an incredible ability for strategically planning and sustaining businesses. She provides high-end services on Securities and Financial Assets Valuation and trademark registration.
Shital has earned the merit of researching, replying to examination reports, and applying and registering trademarks on behalf of her clients. She also performs valuation analysis for companies using all accepted and relevant securities, financial valuation approaches and theories. Her expertise also involves Companies Act, 2013, Listing Agreement, SEBI, Incorporation of Companies, preparation of Annual Report, Agenda for Board Meeting, Notices of General Meetings, Minutes of Meetings, and various eforms and certifications required to be prepared and filed under Companies Act, 2013 and rules made there under.
Shital’s experience also includes maintaining statutory records and registers, advising management on legal implications of business, industrial risk and framing internal policies and procedures.
